Hello, everyone! So I have some good news and some bad news. The good news is that I'm done with the 14 day TEAtox from YourTea, and I'm feeling fantastic! The bad news is that I took before pictures on the day I started... and I lost them. I feel really bad because I know that when people read reviews, they're always expecting before and after pictures to fully convince them that a product works. Now I'm only to be able to try to convince you all that this tea changed my body through words from screen to screen, and for that I am so sorry ):

To recap on my first post (which you can read here):
How many times do you drink the tea?
3 times a day for 14 days!

When do you drink it?
You drink it 30 minutes before every meal.

So let's talk about my daily routine. I usually wake up at around 8 in the morning. Before I go brush my teeth and get ready, I'd go brew my tea. As the tea is brewing, I'd go get ready, brush my teeth, and do whatever I needed to do. Afterwards, I'd drink my tea and then go check my email and respond to emails for roughly 30 minutes. Afterwards, I'd go eat breakfast which usually consisted of almond milk, berries, bananas, and granola. For lunch, I'd eat Greek yogurt with fruits (I really love breakfast foods ok) or quinoa with eggs and avocado. For dinner, I'd have broccoli or kale with quinoa and some sort of protein (fish because I'm a pescatarian).

At first, I found it hard to determine when I was going to eat throughout the day because I always got distracted and forgot that it was 2 in the afternoon, and I should have eaten a while ago. One tip to consider when on this TEAtox is to brew the tea for lunch in the morning when you're making it for breakfast. You could brew the tea in a mason jar and then refrigerate it until you drink it for lunch.

You know how at night you feel all bloated and you don't feel good about your body? When on this TEAtox, I didn't ever have that feeling. I went to bed feeling great and woke up in the morning with a lot of energy. From the beginning of the TEAtox to the last day, I lost about 4 pounds (ahh, I wish I could show you guys pictures!!). My face cleared up from small pimples and slight rashes to a clear skin.

SUMMARY
Taste: I really liked it! It kinda tasted like brown rice tea.
Packaging: Well organized; the packet and tea bag never ripped.
Pros: I felt great, looked great, and lost 4 pounds!
Cons: Keeping track of when to drink the tea and predicting when I was going to be hungry was a bit hard.
Would I do the TEAtox again?: YES YES YES!
Do I recommend this TEAtox?: If you're looking for a healthy way to get rid of all the bad stuff in your bodies while clearing up your skin and losing some weight, then DUH! I do recommend it!
