Time is such a funny thing. It moves so quickly and silently, and you just never know how a couple of seconds can change your mind and a couple of years can change you completely. Time is always changing and so are we which excites me and scares me at the same time. I wore this outfit to get lunch with one of my dear friends who I talk to everyday, but haven't seen in over a year. After getting milk tea and dropping him off at my old school building, I realized that I also hadn't seen one of my teachers who had inspired me and really gotten me to where I am today in also over a year.

And so I spontaneously went into his classroom. It was nostalgic, and all the memories that I had in his classroom came pouring in. All the ones that I thought I had forgotten came back I found myself really looking back at and thinking about all the people I've met and everything that I've become. It's crazy to think about how in over a span of a year, so many things have changed.

Something that has changed about me that hasn't changed since is my go-to outfit for when I'm stuck as to what to wear or just running out to do errands. There's something so effortlessly chic and edgy about wearing destroyed denim, a white top, and a leather jacket over statement necklaces. It's so simple and effortless, but so put together. I've really been enjoying stacking statement necklaces over each other to give so much more dimension and texture to my simple outfits.
