DAY TEN -- a late post

It's been a rough day.

Yesterday was a productive day, but today screeched to a halt. Today, the company I work at let go a lot of people that I enjoyed working with. It was shocking and unexpected, and I think I'm still stunned right now. I was fortunate to keep my job, but this whole event made me think about my job and career more.

For the last year or so, I've been thinking about what I wanted to do for my career. Going into the animation and visual effects industry, I wanted to impact people by bringing happiness into their lives by being a part of anything creative. Currently, I'm not really going down the path. I'm still in the 3D industry, but I'm straying away from the path that I've wanted to take. I've also considered trying to put my art skills into doing something more charitable and paying it forward, but I didn't know what to do.

As I was scrolling through my InstaStories, I noticed how many people were starting small businesses selling food, art pieces, and clothes and I thought, "Maybe I could help them sell their things." I'm so happy to see people using their newfound hobbies and transforming them into side businesses that keep them busy while making that coin. I redid some of my friends' menus below:

So here's my new goal right now: I'm willing to create these types of graphics for menus or whatever you need for free if you're running a small business or side business that needs these kinds of images. No logos. Just things like these that are easy to read for your potential customers and can help your business grow. If you or someone you know are running a side business, please send them my way so that I can help them out.

REQUIREMENTS/RULES

Must be a small up and coming business.
I will not be creating logos.
Up to 2 images per business.
Up to 2 revisions per image.
Square image or InstaStory sized image (or both).
